you tell me about the boxsets?
A: The DVD Box
Sets we sell are a genuine releases (we do not sell copies or
bootlegs) In some cases they are foreign manufactured DVD sets and may
or may not have small foreign writing on the discs or cover. The Audio
and Video content is the exact same as the US version and in English.
The DVDs are guaranteed to play in all DVD Players. All DVD sets are
brand new, factory sealed, licensed, legal, factory-made high quality
DVDs. We do not tolerate or sell pirated or bootleg versions.They are
made by a foreign manufacturer and are considered international
releases.
Q: What
if you do not have the boxset/DVD that I am looking for? or What if I
just want one season?
A: If we do
not have a boxset/DVD that you are looking for, please contact us (service@wholesaleatebay.com)
and we will try to locate it for you. If you want just one season,
please contact us and we will try to get it for you.
Q: What
is your privacy policy?
A: It is our
policy to not keep your information on file on the site or our server
that is why we use PayPal, a totally secure and encrypted means of
making transactions on the web. We will not at anytime, for any
reason, sell or distribute any information that you may make available
to us that we may gather in your registration with our site, or in the
process of placing an order, other than what is necessary to fulfill
your order. Our site is secured. We do not sell your information for
any reason nor does anyone have access to it through our site.
Q: I
don't have a credit card, are there other payment options?
A: Yes there
are other payment options. We accept money orders, cash, cashier's
checks, and personal checks. In order to use these payment methods,
please follow these steps:
1) Send us your order to
service@wholesaleatebay.com
2) We will send you an invoice.
3) Print the invoice and send it to the address on the invoice along
with your payment method.
4) As soon as we recive your payment, we will send you your order and
your tracking number.
5) Any payments made with a personal check will have to wait for the
check to clear within 7 days before the item is shipped out.

your DVD's play in my country?
A: All DVD's
are formatted in NTSC and encoded for Region 1 (for the USA and North
America) or Region 0 (will play anywhere in the world) unless stated
otherwise on our website.
Q: Will
the DVD's play on my computer?
A: Most DVD's
play back on your home computer or laptop provided you have a DVD-ROM
drive which is compatible with the region encoding of the disc. Most
computer monitors will display both the NTSC & PAL signals. We do
however advise you to check your manual for verification before you
proceed with the purchase of the DVDs.

are your shipping fees and do you offer free shipping?

Q: My
DVDs play in another language, how can I view them in English?
A: In rare
cases this may happen, but the solution is simple.
Please use your DVD player remote "Audio" button to choose desired
audio language.

subtitle or turn it off.
